This kind of air source lockout made from stainless steel and fits virtually all pneumatic fittings used in manufacturing facilities. It is applied to the fittings and prevents it from being reconnected to the pressurized air source.
Available in four lock holes for locking out.

Used together with safety padlocks and safety hasps.
Available for 8-45mm valves.
