As the equipment is nonconductive, this ensures that any residue energy left over during the powering down part of a lockout procedure can’t travel through the lockout device and shock the user.
The kit itself contains a wide selection of different lockout devices including electrical hasps, circuit breaker lockouts and a selection of padlocks designed to secure LOTO devices firmly in place.
